Such beauty this creature
It moves in and out of the forest with ease
Though it prefers to hunt at night
Its acute hearing lets it do it

Swiftly tracking its prey by its sent
The wolf sneaks up on the unsuspecting deer
Just about to pounce on it
A gunshot goes off

And this beautiful creature is no more
Once a powerful hunter reduced down to nothing
But a trophy for some pathetic excuse for a hunter
With his gun in hand

He laughs and cheers and jokes
He is happy that he made the shot
But the wolves family
Are struck with sadness as the see their dead father laying there

As the hunters load their truck
The sounds of sirens come from the distance
And are coming closer fast

The wolf family watch as the hunters get arrested
Though they do not realize it
They are getting their justice

Each year thousands of wolves get killed and no one ever thinks anything of it. so this my way of getting the word out and hopefully one of you will get something done to help save them

its sad to see such beautiful creatures reduced to nothing by the hands of greedy man. all this sensless killing of a majestic creature just for their own profit? wat is the world comming to?

well also with the expansion of cities their homes are being taken away and they are being forced to eat cattle and such(tho mainly already dead ones). and then they get blamed for killing them so they get killed.

it's ruthless, cruel, and disgusting. i want my kids to be able to marvel at wolves as a species that lives and thrives in the wild, not as some creature man killed off. (sighs)

(nods head) but if you think bout it....they attack the wolves for "killing livestock" cuz everytime cattle or somethin die, they lose money. they never see the fact that THERE WILL BE MORE CATTLE! babies are born and grow up, at a rather quick pace i might ad. but with all the wolf territory falling to man, it's getting harder andharder for wolves to hunt and keep their pups alive (keep them from starving). i just wish that this would end. i see this family a few miles from my house that have wolves as pets, and they're so awesome! but...not everyone can be like them, so they kill the wolves for their pelts and crap -.-
